We rescued this beautiful boy today

Today we took in this beautiful boy. We were notified about a dog found at an abandoned villa, where there was one other deceased dog. He appears in good health, but is not microchipped. Our great friend and wonderful volunteer, Kimmy Clarkson, went to collect him and brought him to our retreat.

Police have been notified as there was also a deceased dog in the room where he was kept, and it appears he was tortured and hung…a sight that is impossibly hard to bear, and we will not release the distres sing photos. This dog suffered an unimaginable death, and we are so relieved that this boy was saved.

We will vaccinate, deworm and microchip him, and we will neuter him when he’s more settled. Any donations (/donate/) towards his vet bill would be much appreciated, and in a couple of weeks he will be up for adoption (/adopt/).
